This rig is very flimsy but sturdy enough to hold my 55inch tv. The instructions were in Chinese, but the illustration were fairly understandable. I'm sort of a tinkerer so I just put everything together with the best of my knowledge. Other than that it works well and was cheap!

Easy to install

I purchased this to install a TV in my garage from the ceiling. I would not purchase this for inside of a home it is a very cheap flimsy bracketry system with very poor instructions as other people have stated

Basically this is good product

Assembly was not difficult if you can put a puzzle together. Directions were not very helpful. I hung a 58" tv on it with no worry of it falling, but even with all the bolts tight there was more movement at the joints than I would prefer

Very well constructed TV mount and easily adjustable.

What a joke. The description states if can hold a 99lb tv. There is no way that someone would be comfortable with using this product with a heavy tv.I put a older 60+lb tv on this and it hung at a huge angle. Everytime you touch the tv, it swings losely. There are no compression sleeves in the drop pipe. So if you try to tighten the bolts (they didn't even bother supplying cheap nylon locknuts) to set the drop pipe or tv screen angle, the drop pipe just crushes. I more or less detroyed this thing trying to make it usable.The instructions were...... a very blurry print out with no text instructions. The picture didn't even match the product. There wasn't enough detail or clarity to even know which bolts/screws go where. Total joke.... IKEA instructions are 100x better than this was.....If you are looking for a low cost mount for a 15lb or less tv, and you are ok with using slightly more than hand tightened bolts, and you can put things together without needing instructiond, then this might be the buy for you. If you have a heavy tv, you will be taking this thing down and placing it in the recycle bin, because you will destroy it.....
