Well insulated, but uncomfortable
Works well as a cool bag, the ice blocks stayed frozen most of the day. However the straps are very short and not long enough for an adult. It felt like trying to get a kids rucksack on and the straps are tight under your arms.

buckle broke upon first time use
slick design but the plastic buckle that holds the strap broke the first time i've used it. product seems good value but if the cheapest plastic is used for the most important part of the backpack it's money not well spend
