This is a lifesaver if you have sinus issues!Easy to use clean rinse and it does open up your sinuses after using it. This has to be my third bottle. But remember if you use this rent, you might want to be over a sink or have a towel because it will leak out a little bit. Remember, it is a rinse.

I use this twice daily and I love this stuff. However, over the past couple orders, I have received TWO BOTTLES THAT DID NOT WORK!!! I lost my money on two full bottles!! Once I can ignore. But 2 back to back isn't cool at all. They are NON-RETURNABLE!!I may have to consider the 3 Strikes Rule! Shame on you!Signed,Faithful Customer... for Now

This product is great does what is intended it helped ne alot when I needed it on a recent vacation.
