I purchased this water geyser a month ago, and I'm absolutely delighted with its performance! The installation process was seamless, and the product has been working flawlessly since then.The geyser heats water quickly and efficiently, and the temperature control is precise.The build quality is excellent, and the exterior design looks sleek and modern. The safety features, such as the thermal cut-off and pressure relief valve, provide added peace of mind.Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this product, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient water geyser.

This is our 2nd purchase of the same model. Slick design and hassle free installation. The product has an auto cut feature and having appropriate energy saving features. It’s a great value for money and definitely recommended for households. You have an option of warranty extension as well for 5 years at a nominal price and is done on the spot if asked for. This is a trusted brand and is definitely worth purchasing.

Geyser working satisfactorily. Need to see the performance in the coming days . Installation process was hassle free. However inlet and outlet pipes were not available in the box . We had to buy the pipes separately to complete the installation . Is it not included or was it missing in our box ? Pipes also to be provided along with geyser by AO Smith !

The quality of the heater is good.There is some noise in the coil initially while turning ON. After speaking to service team, I realised it is due to coating on coil. The noise will stop once the coil gets used to the type of water in the pipes.Heating is fast and quick.

I purchased an AO Smith water geyser along with the installation service through Amazon. However, even after 72 hours of delivery, I didn’t receive any call or message from the service team. When I contacted Amazon customer care, they confirmed that my installation service was active and assured me I would receive a call or SMS soon. They even raised a ticket and provided me with AO Smith’s customer care number to follow up.When I called AO Smith, I was informed that installation and service were not available in my pincode. To make matters worse, they stated that no warranty or guarantee would be valid for my area, effectively leaving the product without any coverage. I explained that Amazon had accepted my installation request for this pincode, but AO Smith shifted the responsibility back to Amazon, claiming it was Amazon’s service, not theirs.I reached out to Amazon again, and they raised another ticket, promising the issue would be resolved within three days—conveniently after the product's return window closed. They assured me that the brand would handle installation and provide after-sales service, but AO Smith had already denied it. When I requested a return, Amazon’s team informed me that returns were only possible for damaged or defective products.At this point, I was extremely frustrated as neither Amazon nor the brand was willing to take responsibility. I had no choice but to hire a local technician for the installation, which voided my warranty and left me without brand support.If you live in a rural or semi-urban area, do not buy this product. After all this, I even received an email from Amazon stating that my installation service was canceled due to a "technical error." Just wow.

Durable and the best of all geysers. I am still using one which is 10years old at home. Superb quality.
