Excellent product, simple install

My grill lights every time now. Steaks cook perfectly. Replace the burners and covers at the same time. Hardest part is removing the old screws. Had do cut my old burners out. New ones come with all needed hardware. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE NEW ONES! Else they will also fuse to the body after time. Give the while grill a good cleaning, including the channel that contains the striker. You will be glad you did.

I recently overhauled my grill and used these. The way I got around the rusty, fused screws for the end of these burners is to drill the old screws out with a drill bit just slightly smaller than the included black screws. This allowed my to use the included screws to "self tap" the drilled hole. Worked great and now my grill will hopefully last me another 7 years!

The burners were the Broil King OEM Parts. Fit was great. Price and delivery was a good value.

The only warning I have is on the removal of the existing burners. By the time you need to replace them they are probably rusted and pretty much fused to their brackets. If you are willing to wrestle them off and possibly rework the mounting option these burners are a good option. They light up quick and burn even. $45.00 vs. $600.00 for a new grille is worth the hassle of installing them.

These are actual Broil King burners, not aftermarket. They fit and work perfect.
