Very good product. I install granite countertops for a living and taking this in the evening is great for calming the body after a busy/productive work day just in time before bed. It doesn't make you feel groogy the next morning so your energy levels will be up through the day. Highly recommend!

Well it has worked for me.

I take this consistently everyday. I take one pill instead of 2 two because that’s enough for me. I have a reminder on my phone so it’s easy to remember, plus I can tell when I forget. I think it’s a good value. It’s high quality, I like that’s it’s KSM-66 because there’s some/more research behind it. To me the effect is that I feel more capable of letting minor stressors go and handling major stressors. Definitely helps with mental clarity.

I take one about an hour before going to bed. I don't have problems sleeping, but I noticed since taking this I get really good rest. So far so good!

I’ve been using this product for 6 months and see positive effects.

I took one pill, midmorning, with food. The effects were nearly instantaneous. I literally started tripping, and not in a good way. Maybe I'm more sensitive than other users, but for me it was way too much. My anxiety was triggered. My body had a panic response, my heart rate quickened, I could feel my blood sugar drop and had to immediately start eating to raise it. I felt on the verge of fainting. My body then proceeded to feel stoned for approximately 2 hrs, like nicotine pulsing through my veins, heavy limbs, focus was drifting in and out, and once the "high" wore off, I drank like half a gallon of water and a large Gatorade because I was so thirsty. And then for the rest of the day I had a mild headache. So do with that info what you will, just know that if you're sensitive like I am, best be smarter than I was and talk to your Dr first. And DEFINITELY start with 1 pill and not 2 per instructions.
