All in all, I would recommend this tripod for travel, and general use, as it is compact, sturdy, and versatile.

I was so excited to receive this in the mail, tried this for 3 days of shooting and on the third day I was ready to smash this tripod to the ground. The only reason you see good reviews on this product on Amazon is because they give you a 64 GB SD card for it.I'm an avid photographer and I bought this product because I needed a lightweight tripod when I'm hiking trails and photographing nature.My favorite subject to photograph are streams and waterfalls which I need a steady tripod for to get the angel hair. This tripod does not offer that, it is very flimsy and will keep turning even when you tighten it.It does not hold my Nikon 7200 with a 18-120mm lens very well which is not a heavy camera.if you are planning to buy a steady, reliable tripod stick with good brands like Manfrotto.I returned this item after 3 days.

I just received this tripod, therefore this review is a first impression review. Once I've used it a while I'll make a review update. First impression, wow, this tripod is really small when folded up it is about 14" long. I have several tripods and this one is by far the smallest I've had, which is good. I was looking for something small and compact. The bag that comes with the tripod seems to be a good, heavy material so I am expecting that it will hold up well. The tripod seems to be made well. It feels sturdy and has some heft to it. All the materials appear to be good quality and heavy aluminum. The head moves very smoothly and the adjustments are well placed and easy to use. I'm looking forward to taking this on a trip next weekend and putting it through some paces and will update my review after some actual use.

Very surprised how well this product holds up. Even at the $70 price-point I paid I was not expecting the quality I received.The metallic red color pops which is one of the reasons I chose this one to match my equipment. Adjustment is quick. I can be fully setup within a minute thanks to the quick release plate and easy setup.Everything has been easy to use and understand thus far.I only have three minor complaints:1. Lubricant on the large rotating lock is exposed when adjusting the height or flipping the tripod center beam for macro photography. When it gets on your hand it is like tree sap (very difficult to get off).2. The unlock for the leg adjustment (not the extension) "sticks" when pulling it to adjust. This isn't much of a problem per se, but a minor personal critique I guess.3. The bag is a tight fit so when zipping the seam where the zipper comes together began to tear. I slowed down and carefully zipped before any real damage was done.4. No instructions for smartphone attachment. Maybe I am just overlooking it, but I can't find where to attach it to the tripod or monopod. Not too big of a deal, but instructions would have been nice.I must also mention that I received a "lucky customer card" that offers an SD card in exchange for leaving a review. I am completely fine with this and believe it to be a good business practice IF the company honors their word regardless of the review favorability. I believe this one is in the honest category because it did not say to leave a good review, but rather to share product experience. This had no influence on my review above by the way.So to wrap up:I really enjoy this tripod. I've only had it for a day, but I would buy it again at this point. I intend to post photos and an update (if necessary) later on. Apart from the small problems, this is a great tripod. I highly recommend.Thank you Zomei!

This travel tripod is lightweight, sturdy, and easy to fold and use. It is great for landscapes, selfies, and portraits. I have used it to photograph the moon and when pointing up towards the sky the ball head has to be unlocked to tilt the camera up. There is a separated lock to tilt the camera up that must also be locked. Therefore you have to unlock two locks which makes navigating up and down not easy for centering an object and well as trying to keep the image level from side to side. Other that this one issue, it is easy to pack and carry for travel and allows different heights, by the legs folding at different positions as well as the up and down movement of the center column allowing great flexibility in composing picture. Also works well for everyday use. I like the weight and how compact it folds for travel. Similar tripods sell for upwards 200-300 dollars. I would highly recommend this product.

I like this tripod because it gives me a shorter monopod and a tripod all in one. The overall height is about right for a shorter tripod but does leave me wondering if I shouldn't have purchased the larger one. I like the compact design and the smooth fit and finish, no rough edges or unmachined parts. I have an old Manfrotto tank tripod that I use for when the loads get really heavy but this gives the best value for a compact unit. I haven't tried the wireless remote yet. I suppose it would serve somebody, just not me. The black anodized finish with red accents are pleasing to look at and all tubes slides nice and smooth. I used the monopod for my DSLR and 70-200 f/2.8 without problems straight and level. Don't know about tilting up or down with this load. So far so good.

Well made and very light tripod. Will not normally get something of this quality without paying alot more than what this cost. Great value for money
