The knots on the ties can poke into the baby's skin. Side-nap tees lie flatter and are more comfortable. We like the Gerber side-snap ones best, because they are longer and less expensive, but Spa Silk makes shorter wider side-snap shirts that work well too. We have used all three types with our twin boys. The side-snap shirts also work well layered under sleep-and-play outfits on cold days and nights.

Very handy - one of the best and necessary things to buy - must have for a newborn! the ones with long sleeves and mitten cuffs are better for colder weather and newborns with still long nails, and these are great for warm and hot days.The quality is very good.

Great little shirts for a newborn. Since they are plain white I added some decals to them to personalize them. Wash up nicely as well.

I love the Disney line of onesies and clothing for newborns/infants. Great quality, awesome prices. However, these were a little short for my tall (born 21.5" long) baby.

As the title suggests, these tops are of fantastic quality and cute too. I also like the fact that there is no pulling/tugging over a babies head in order to put them on. There are ties instead of poppers which makes a nice change too.
