I've been using this flat iron for years now and never had a problem with it. It heats up quick and it keeps my hair straight, smooth and soft for a week to a month. Im glad about that because i have 4c type hair when its not straight. Also it doesn't cost to much like other flat irons.

I couldn't find it to take a photo. I think my old room mate may have stole it. This iron is good for silk press on moderately curly hair. Was my favorite. I have another iron but this one was better. I was able to get it done with one pass. Using goo hair products help too, but doing fewer passes helps. My curl pattern was not affected ether. I kept it straight often too. *Not sure how it will work on other textures such as 4c Easy temp settings, lock feature, and comes with heat glove.

If you're looking to upgrade to a new flat iron and you're on a budget, you need to buy this one. The ionic flow takes frizz our of hair while adding shine, leaving my hair super sleek. The plates glide across hair without tugging or pulling. There are 6 temperature settings which makes this flat iron work on different hair types and textures. It included a heat protectant glove and 2 hair clips as well. The cord is long and it swivels at the base. It truly is a fantastic deal and it works wonderfully. The price point is unbelievable for how well it performs. So happy that I have this in my hair tools collection and I will be using it a lot.

I really like this flat iron its easy to use is not real heavy my only problem with it is that the plates will not close when you press them together is not closing all the way as you can see in the pictures I think I got a box that somebody else used because when I first opened the box the cord was hanging out and the stuff was just thrown in the box so I don't think it was a brand new one. the other thing is that I wanted one that curls this doesn't really curl like they say it more straightened it doesn't really curl I don't know if it's because the plates were apart or not. So I'm going to have to send it back this is my third curling iron that I brought can't seem to get the right one. But I would definitely say give this one a try it just wasn't for me.

I love love this flatiron. Finally I've received an item that I'm so happy to have. It is better than any flatiron that I've ever owned hands down. I'd purchase it again in a heartbeat 💓 it's such a great product, smooths my hair, makes it so soft, and it really does have Argon oils in the plates. I get lots of compliments on how nice my hair looks after I use my flatiron.

I have moderately curly, "past my shoulders" length hair and don't often straighten it. It's always been too much work drying it with a round brush and then using a large flat iron and/or a large curling iron which straightens OK but always leaves my hair feeling course and frizzy. I then have to use more products to try and smooth it down. I decided to catch up with the times and try a skinny, ionic flat iron. O...M...G... this thing is amazing! It heats up in seconds and glides thru my hair with no effort at all leaving it beautiful, smooth and shiny. And with a little twist at the ends I get the little curl I like. Today I let my hair just air dry which left it crazy frizzy and then I tested the flat iron on it. Again, almost no effort at all to straighten it out! So smooth and shiny. I don't need to do anything else to it. I looked at more expensive models but this one seemed to have all of the same features: various heat options, self locking, swivel cord, ionic, floating plates. I don't have much to compare it to but I LOVE this flat iron and I'm very happy with my purchase!

Waited to post a review. Had unit for almost two years and has died. Item worked well for thick curly hair.

Heats up fast with 6 heat settings, VERY easy to use, and a great bargain.This is very comfortable to handle, not at all heavy or awkward. Really long cord with attached rubber 'band' is great for keeping the cord manageable & tidy. Two black plastic clips and glove are a great touch. And you can lock the iron closed if desired - really nice feature. My old Conair flat iron couldn't hold a light to this. Didn't get the 1-day shipping as indicated but there was a holiday in there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a quality flat iron at a great price. VERY happy customer! :)

Great straightener! I've had professional straighteners since I was a teenager... Little low on funds as I'm on mat leave but needed a new straightener none the less. Went for this one after reading reviews and knowing I wanted one with ceramic and tourmaline plates. LOVE THIS ONE! It instantly worked better than any other straightener I've had before. One pass for straight and easily manoeuvres for curly/wavy look that was harder to accomplish with my Paul Mitchell. So so impressed. I don't normally write reviews but people need to know how great this product is! Especially at this price point. WIN-WIN! It's only been one use and will update if there any issues but so far so great :)

Bought this because I traveled for the summer and forgot mine, needed one that was cheap mostly. This ended up being great! Definitely worth it for the value and works really well. I have thick hair but it did the job!

I do not like that it shuts off during while using. Not very happy. You get what you pay for. We had to buy a different one instead and works amazing . Fast shipping but just not for me .
