I use both Nicotinamide Riboside and Nicotinamide Mononucleotide. They seem to have much the same benefits, but when I added the NMN to the NR, the benefits were enhanced. One measurable benefit: my eGRFR (measure of kidney function) increased from an average of about 56 to 73, a very significant increase, I am no longer diagnosed as having stage three kidney failure. Also the NR and NMN have eliminated my bursitis in my hips. I was having to take steroid shots every six months for the pain, have not had to have a shot in the last two years, as I no longer have pain in hips. Also have noticed substantial improvement in pain from spinal stenosis, with a major improvement following starting the NMN. This stuff really does have an effect, and that effect is good.

Research backed supplement
After doing unbiased research I have found this product to be the real deal for anti-aging and health. Research scientists are taking NMN so you know there must be something to it. So far feel pretty good on it.

Will buy again
I love this. I first bought it for the health benefits, but did not expect to feel the effects, or so quickly. I had so much energy after just a few days it's become a supplement I'll never stop using.
