Accurate for French cuisine.
I love these molds, the caneles turn out perfect! Dang near impossible to get perfectly clean though. I would and mostlikely buy them again, but be warned if you are a clean freak, these will forever be "used" after the first usage.

End product not what I wanted
I was excited to try these, as my other molds are not 100% copper, but the tinned type with copper only on the outside. But after trying them side by side with the tinned molds, I ended up ordering more of the tinned ones and not using these at all. The shape is not well-defined, they are a little too short for my liking, and they have sloping sides. Overall I much preferred the final product from the taller, and more sharply-defined tinned molds, which are half the price. Both molds produced a very nice crust. If you don’t care so much about the look, these are just fine.

Discolors after use but makes good caneles
Not sure if these are real copper. After one use, the color changed! It’s a mixture of copper, red, and silver. The caneles were really good though!!

Questionable Copper claims
Color turned to plain metal color and few reddish residues left on the bottom……what materials is used for this product?
