Great for Thin Cuts | Mutilates Thicker Cuts
For thin sliced cuts of meat 3/8's inch or less it does a efficient clean job of cubing meat. If you try and run a piece of meat that's 1/2 inch thickness or larger it will either not grab and go through the rollers at all or it will pull it in partway, get stuck and mutilate the piece of meat. Also due to the design of the rollers, its not that quick and easy to clean them when your done. Overall for the used warehouse price i paid of 16.50$ i'm happy. If i would of paid 35-40$ range i would want a refund.

This is a pathetic attempt at making a meat tenderizer. Unless you are going to put a piece of meat that is 1/16in thick through it, then you should buy something else. This doesn't have anything to actually cut into the meat it's just a two rollers with bumps on them. A mallet works way better than this unit. Prago makes a cuber/tenderizer that I bought after a great review from one of my buddies who has one..

Inferior merchandise
this product was nothing like the description when I ordered it. Was a surprise for my husband. We were both extremely disappointed in the performance.

It is a Tough Product!
Being all metal, it is tough! It is true that you can not put meat slices more than a 1/2 inch thick through it, but that is OK. I enjoy making cheaper cuts of meat into cube steak or cube pork. I save a lot per pound by doing it myself.
