Not true to size.
Wow. Bought a size 26 for my son as that is the size I’ve bought in Speedo and other brands. These MIGHT fit a 4-5 year old, he’s skinny and couldn’t even get them up his thighs. Definitely not true to size. Unfortunately we are overseas and I can’t return them because I used a shop and ship address.
