I installed my Senzi Security Camera as a security camera in my garage. I like that the auto tracking feature of this camera follows movement. I would imagine it would be quite unnerving for someone who is up to no good to see a camera that turns and tilts to follow them as they move about my garage. That alone might scare them off.Another reason that tracking is good is that I only need the one camera to cover the entire interior of my garage. I would have to install at least 4 fixed position cameras to cover the whole garage interior. Even a regular PTZ camera would not cover the whole interior, as it would require that I be watching and controlling it 24 hours a day. This little camera is like I have a 24 hour security staff working for me!This camera has good night vision. Even when my garage is completely dark, I can see everything clearly.I have three ways to record video with audio. 1. The camera allows a 128GB SD card to be installed. I can record 24/7 to the SD card, or only motion events. 2. I can hit record in the APP and record video directly to my phone. 3. I can use the cloud recording service (fee based service) that comes built into the camera.A security camera for under $38.00 is hard to find but to find a PTZ digital camera with an auto tracking feature for under $38.00? I think I got a good deal for the price.

***update*** it is now december of 2019 and i never had any problems with my new one. I am giving a 5 star back, because i really do love this one because of the mic, its loud and clear. My son and i communicate thru it while at work and it works perfectly for my needs. Thank you ❣️***update*** from 5 star to 1 star to back to 4 star. Here's why:Their customer service is just phenomenal. They are on it 100%. They sent me another one (3rd one) with no charges, not even asking for anything. (Most sellers want to send you another one and asks to delete bad review, no!) They genuinely just want to resolve the cameras that's been working bad for me. Now while i was mad at this camera, i purchased a Netvue - ugh! Sucks!!! The microphone is as good as a whisper. This camera really is the only one that satisfies me when it comes to 2way microphone. It's loud enough that my son hears me and the device mic is good enough that i hear his response. Again, this is the only camera that works good for me for my needs. I hope this one last. I guess i'll update in a month, but so far i havent gotten any lags when connecting to wifi, or loading live. I hope this is it!I believe i left a 5 star review before because i was really pleased with my first one, but right after i wrote the review, something happened to it, it just stopped charging. I called customer service and they kindly replaced it and received it fast, now i got the second one, i feel like it wasnt working well, when im connected to ANY wifi, it wouldnt load, if i turn off wifi and use my Lte then it will load the live video. And now it just stopped working, AGAIN! I havent even returned my first one and this already broke down and i dont know how because its attached to my wall, im not moving it or anything.At first i was really happy bec this is by far the best 2 way mic that ive used but you can it barely last 2 wks!!! I need camera for my son's room and im left with nothing again! This only works good in the beginning, im saying this bec this is the second one that broke for no reason!

I was very hopeful for this product. It got good reviews and I thought it would be ideal for watching the house when we were away. First - the product works, as long as it stays connected to the network. If you are using this to just check on the house from work, it may be fine. However, if the power goes out or the network disconnects, the bot is orphaned. It will not work again until you can physically touch the reset.Had I seen the behavior, I would have returned it. However, it was too late by then and I am stuck with a "fair weather camera" at best. I cannot trust it to stay connected and I would never know if an intruder or the power had disconnected it making its features of no value.

Camera is cheap but options are not clear.Cloud storage could be convenient if it was not on a paid subscription, which pricing details are not available anywhere neither on a web-site or manual. They say once 30 days trial period is over i can subscribe to paid subscription with Amazon AWS. Well amazon cloud storage is not cheap and how much this unknown camera brand will want you to pay for subscription is under big question.On another hand, recording to microSD card blocks ability to receive email notifications about motion detection, and this this feature is useless at all.If I have to pay for subscription I'd rather go with Kasa camera which is fairly cheap too and has a known good quality and easy setup.

This camera worked okay for me when I first set it up and FINALLY got it connected to my WiFi. But one of the biggest issues with this thing, is that it DOES NOT connect to WiFi easily at all. In fact you have to download this app that tells you how to connect the camera to WiFi and it doesn’t really even give strong instructions. It’s misleading and the damn camera won’t connect. I’ve passed my return window by a few days so I can’t return this Item now but I am highly dissatisfied in it at this point I have literally spent hours trying to connect to WiFi. It won’t work without the WiFi connection. So this is aggravating. Needless to say it’s money down the drain I’m buying another camera this one is going in the trash.

I brought this camera to monitor my new cat. She came to my house 2weeks ago, and couldn’t get alone with my older cat, I was afraid that they might get into a flight, so I need this camera to monitor them while I am away from home. This camera was super easy to install, just followed the operation manual, everything is just automatic and does it on its own. It only took me 5 mins to set up everything. It comes with a lot of functions, it can take high quality videos and pictures, works well in the dark, ability to hear audio, and pan 360 degrees tilt up and down. With this camera in my house, I don’t need to check on my cats every 10-15 mins. Love it and highly recommend.
