After a rocky start with UPS loosing the package, I contacted the seller and they sent one out, The customer service was remarkable and the farm house windows were better than expected. Great craftsmanship and the thickness was great, they hang well on the wall. I would highly recommend buying this product, from this wonderful company. There customer service was the best I haveexperienced.They look great as you can tell by the picture and I am pleased on the results.

The picture depicts 2 items and there is only one. I don't see this listed as 1 item anywhere on the details. Also, the item was well wrapped but seemed to be coming apart in areas. Quick fix with wood glue and it hangs well. The item still looks very pretty and rustic in our home.

I didn’t think these would ever come due to all the issues with seller being able to make product. But they finally arrived and I love them. I need two longer window shutter type things. These are perfect. Well worth the wait!!! Thank you 🙏

I love the way they look. The shipping was very slow. Also, the color of the frame around it is dark in the picture and mine are very light natural wood color.

After it taking almost 2 months to arrive only ONE came. Some parts are broken as well. Nowhere in the description does it say one the picture has TWO.

Looks great and works well in our living room.
