how long do i have to wear it before i see changes to my body

Keep wearing it and it will eventually form your body. Also if you’re waist training , this will definitely help keep your shape in place. Consistency is the key ✨

How firm is this? I want it to stretch but not so much that theres no point in wearing it

Stephanie, it is not the firmest....It does give you some firming/smoothing effect. There is definitely a point in wearing it. It also depends on your weight. I have this one and I like it for some ocassions. For really firming effects I have the "Fajate" brand, those are awesome, but not as comfortable as the Camelia until you get use to it. I hope this helps. Good luck!

Is this a good post surgery garment for compression?

I would not recommend that. It is pretty difficult to get into

Do you feel like anyone can tell when you have it on? Does the zipper make it noticeable under clothes?

there is no zipper. it has a nice feel to it, but no one would probably know what it is unless they wear one themselves :)
