Great on my dry cracked hands, not on my face.
Recieved my order on time and in perfect condition. I have dehydrated combination acne prone skin with PIH. I was turned on to rosehip oil from reading articles that acne prone skin tends to be low in linoleic acid, which rose hip is supposed to be a dry oil higher in linoleic acid. I know the first time I tried this at night, I did use way too much and it couldn't fully absorb in. So I cut back to 2 drops. Still wouldn't absorb in. So I cut back to 1 drop. Better, but still oily and sits on top of my skin. So I stuck to only using it at night as my last step before sleeping mask. I do believe I see benefits in that I have not had a break out since using it, the problem is that it's hard to work with. 1 drop is enough to make my face greasy while all my other products fully absorb. With that said though, I do have extremely dry cracked hands. I've been slathering this on my hands at night and in the morning my hands are not greasy and way more hydrated. I have a hard time keeping lotions on my skin to work. This oil absorbed fully into my hands and healed the dry scaley skin. While I am going to stop using this on my face, for body use on extremely dry areas it's been great. Like I said, this may be perfect for someone with very dry acne prone skin. For me it just sat like a greasy layer on the surface, so it's gotta be the last step in my routine or it could block other products. I will definitely keep using this on my hands.

to be continued......
I bought 2 different brands of Rosehip Oil within days of each other, from 2 different companies, and in all honesty, this oil was so much thinner than the other brand that I have to wonder why there is such a noticeable difference in the two brands. Needless to say I will be comparing results of the two oils over the next few weeks and will post an update when I learn something.

Sold on this product!
I am loving this product! I even suggested it to my friend who also makes her own moisturizers.I am 45 with average oily/dry skin and find that winter specifically leaves me with dryer skin like most people. I use this product as a base layer moisturizer before adding a cream-based layer (when I remember anyway!). As is, it's a great moisturizer - oily when applied but quicklly absorbs into skin and leaves it soft and non-greasy.I will be glad to purchase this product again.

High quality oil and bottle
You don't see many essential oils sent in glass bottles anymore, but this one is. The dark amber glass is very appreciated, because UV light is less likely to damage the oil.The oil itself is clear with a slight yellowish tint to it. Very, very faint aroma; this will combine well with other oils and not overpower them. The oil quality seems on par, and the bottle comes with a lid and a screw on rubber top dropper.Very happy with this purchase.

It's cooking oil.
I had skin reaction to sulfur soap. It left me with dry, flaky skin. I've used many kinds of product that I have to battle the dryness and peeling skin. Nothing works including this particular rosehip oil. Not only was it certainly not working like it claims, it looks, smells, and feels like cooking oil. I've compared it with soybean vegetable cooking oil and olive oil in my kitchen, and, to me, it is the mixture of the two. I've used rosehip oil before and it was good. This rosehip oil is very different from other rosehip oils. Now my skin has been restored by other simple and inexpensive products. This product is definitely not for me.update: I've tested more and found that this rosehip oil is more like soybean cooking oil or the like.

No Fish Smell
I purchased this oil a few months back but wanted to wait before I placed a review. I love this brand!! No odor at all.... unlike other brands. I use it for hair/cuticles/wrinkles. I have a scar from my parrot on my upper lip that resembles a vertical lip line.... I still have the scar but it is less noticeable.

Smells like olive oil.
This smelled like olive oil. I don't know if it is supposed to. I thought, since it is supposed to be made from rose hips, it would smell a little like rose. I have no way of telling if this is pure rose hip oil or something else. Although it arrived promptly, I wish it had a pleasant scent. Disappointing.
