Not a hard case but it does have some stiffness and slightly padded. Very light, weighs 3.42 ounces. Attaches to the shoulder straps on my backpack using the vertical strap. For this purpose it will offer sufficient protection for my glasses and make them readily accessible. I plan to cut off the horizontal Velcro attachment straps and the plastic clip because for my application I don't need them. I would recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ LIVIQILY Tactical MOLLE portable outdoor sunglasses case a bit too small and soft *by J***O on Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2019* The product description stated hard shell protection. Not really. The bag is fabric only. If one needs to protect one's eye glasses, one better use a hard shell case inside the LIVIQILY sunglasses case. I ran into the problem that my eye glasses hard case barely fit into them. It was a struggle to get that case in and out.I'm now using the smaller of two cases advertised as Hoanan Molle Pouches here at Amazon. I use the larger of those two bags for my binoculars and the smaller for holding my eye glasses hard case. The LIVIQILY pouch is now sitting on the floor of one of our closets. I've given it 4 stars because it doesn't seem fair to ding them more for not meeting my needs. They could be constructed well and meet the needs of others. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good for carry and scratch protection but not crush protection *by L***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2018* Not a solid case. Bends and squishes. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/145188815-liviqilytactical-molle-eyeglass-case-shockproof-protective-box-portable-outdoor-sunglasses](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/145188815-liviqilytactical-molle-eyeglass-case-shockproof-protective-box-portable-outdoor-sunglasses) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
