Quality for the price.
The moment I picked this up I could tell that it is made well because of the weight and it is confirmed when I plugged it into and set up my system. As suspected the line had distortions and the power was not "clea". This for sure cleaned it up and completely quieted the hum on my sound system.

Solid built
I’m in a band and wanted a heavy duty extension cord for my vocal equipment. This one is well made and heavy duty. It should be able to take any abuse caused by being on stage.

NOT FOR HEADPHONE AMPS/DACS/SYSTEMS
I purchased this sytem to test out power purification on a budget for my headphone/future desktop speaker system. I'm running everything through a very nice ($500-600) Aune S6 pro to $500-1k headphones (used Pioneer SE-Master5's for this test). Didn't test with my desktop speakers because they didn't arrive yet. During my brief test I noticed that YES this does reduce noise, but it also REDUCES KEY PARTS OF THE FREQUENCY RANGE. The Pioneer's have an incredibly resolving and texted bass. In such songs as Kilo Kish's SPARK, and Frances Forever's paranoia party, the deep sub-bass notes and overall fullness of the bass was lacking. It felt like parts of the frequency range were removed completely. In a sense, it felt like the sound was compressed and dynamically incomplete. This may be fine for lower quality big humming speakers where the noise dominates the sonic qualities of the system and removing the noise at the cost of some missing frequencies is a huge upside, but for detailed headphone listening this is a no-go. Plugged straight into my wall outlet I'm getting complete, full sound. I'll have to go somewhere else if I want quality power purification for my headphone system, and you should too. Want to remove noise from a lower quality setup? I say go for it and give it a try! The unit itself is well built with a generous cord length and sense of sturdiness and value. Enjoy!

Does the job!!!
Bought this for my home music studio to clear noise out of my recording deck. No more noise. Rock solid non-rack mounted power conditioner. Highly recommended! Extra long cord means you have power where you need it.
