My son loves this light ,it puts out enough light that allows him to see his way through a room but not so much that it's blinding.

I gave this to my grandson for Christmas and it lit up his face. He loved it, and it's already set up in his room. Great gift for a guitar lover, affordable, and easy to use.

My husband usually doesn't like nick nack stuff like this but, he plays the guitar and really liked this gift. I see it lit on his desk often!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to serve as a status light for my HeadRush FRFR speakers. They don't have any indication lights on the front telling you that they are on, and it's not good for them to be on all of the time. I put them on a TP-Link Kasa smart power strip so I can voice control the power for the speakers, but I still would like to be able to see that they are still on. This does that job beautifully.It can run on batteries, or on USB so I just connected it to a USB brick and plugged it into my TP-Link power strip. The downside of doing it this way is that it doesn't have any "memory" of what you set the light to. It comes with a remote control that you can use to set it to a specific color, or change the animation to a few other styles such as "strobe". However, if you disconnect it from power (which is the same thing as using a smart power strip) it goes back to default, which is to slowly animate through all of the available colors. That being said, it does automatically turn on when the power is applied, so it still works for what I wanted it to do.The photos and videos do not do justice to this lamp. It's a simple design with a strip of LEDs inside a small base and a plexiglass diffuser with a design cut into it. But the effect is actually quite mesmerizing when you see it with your own eyes. The colors are very vivid, and the animation is smooth. I might actually have to buy another one of these to stick in my mancave.If I had any complaints, it's that it was very difficult to insert the guitar into the base. I had to push very hard, and seemed like I might actually break it. I also wish it retained the last setting when it was unplugged. That way I could set it to a solid color and it would stay that color even if I unplug it. If it did that, I would rate it 5 stars. For the time being though, this does exactly what I wanted it to do, and I'm very happy with it.

I could not get the protective film to peel off one side. At some point I gave up and turned it on, but it looked dull and flat. FINALLY I really dug in and got the plastic off and it looks amazing. I was worried it wouldn’t look right in my office because its so bright in the room, but it looks amazing. Very happy with this sign. I use it to let my coworkers know that I have music on in my earbuds and that I can’t hear them.

Loved it! Especially the capability to change to over 16 colors via a remote.It was a gift for a musician. The person loved it!

I feel like it’s cheaply made overpriced and does not have a regular electric plug. It’s a USB plug . This is a night light what do you want me to do plug it into the computer which is another night light? Guess I missed that in the description. Needs to be a electric plug! Cheap plastic . But the kids can hit the on/off button 15 times and that’s how it changes color . That’s fine I guess . But I think it should play different colors on its own. Without having to touch it. Another amazon fail.

I have lots of gear and decorations. Cool little addition for the music room. Looks great in low light settings with multiple features and colors. Not bad for the price either. Might buy another version
