Great tasting water at your fingertips.
I finally got tired of going down to the local water station and filling up 5 gallon water jugs and broke down and bought a water filtration system for under the cabinet. I will admit, I had a little trepidation because I don’t generally like dealing with plumbing, but the installation for this system was extremely easy, and the instructions are very accurate and easy to follow. This WATERDROP unit fit very nicely under our kitchen sink. I even added a small water pressure tank as well as a mineralization filter and it didn’t take up half the space under our sink. Some things to consider when installing the system on your own or any system for that matter. You’ll need to know where your main water shut off is or at least have the ability to shut the cold water off under your sink because you will be tying into the cold water line under your sink. You’ll need an electrical outlet to plug the unit into, and you should be able to use the same one your dishwasher uses providing you have a dishwasher or garbage disposal. And a basic knowledge of plumbing will help as well but not necessary because the instructions are so easy to follow. All in all, it took me about three hours to get this installed mainly because I had to go down to the store and buy another fitting to hook up the refrigerator. We’ve had ours installed for about a month and a half to two months now and I enjoy being able to get freshwater right next to the tap at the sink. The water taste great and the filtering system seems to work very well on this unit. One thing to keep in mind, the water does not flow as fast as a regular sink faucet flows so be prepared that it takes a little bit longer to fill a glass of water up or a pitcher for example. If you think this will be a problem for you do some research and get a unit that has a faster water output. This particular unit has the digital display on the front, which will tell you when your filters need to be replaced. The manual says the filters have to be replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on the filter, but that could be different in your area based on how hard or soft your water is. As you can see from the picture below, the unit itself fits nicely underneath the sink, but all of the 1/4 inch tubing does look messy and I still need to get in there and try to make it a little neater. The tubing is somewhat rigid, so it doesn’t just lay on the bottom of your cabinet and kind of goes where it wants to go, so you may have to come up with a way to hook it to the wall or gently zip tie them together to make it a little neater. Also, it may seem like all of those plastic connectors wouldn’t work well or might fail, but honestly, once you push the tubing into those connectors, I’ve had no leaks whatsoever. Everything is nice and tight and secure. Plus it has the little blue locking rings that you put around the end of each connector to hold the tubing inside them so don’t be worried about that. All in all this is an excellent purchase and I’m really glad we got it. Having clean tasting water right from the faucet or the refrigerator is so much better than filling up ten 5 gallon water jugs twice a month. Don’t let this project seem overwhelming to you, with a few tools and the ability to read the instructions you’ll have it installed in no time.

Great taste! Great Customer Service! Entirely Customizable.
This Reverse Osmosis Filter is FANTASTIC!!! Water tastes AMAZING!!!!! Very easy to install and fits neatly in the cabinet beneath my kitchen sink. Waterdrop Filter Customer Service is top notch. I had a minor malfunction that needed addressing, and Krystal from Customer Service was incredibly helpful!!! She was responsive, super cordial, and resolved my problem promptly. :) Also, the filter is customizable. I did not have to use the high-tech faucet that comes with filter. Instead, I decided to attach it to my own Delta miniature faucet that aesthetically matches my main Delta sink faucet. The negative pressure the filter senses when the faucet valve is open triggers the unit to turn on. It works perfectly!!

Quality, Fast, small, nice-looking
The Waterdrop G3P800 is a great water filter! It is a lot easier to install and takes up much less space then the tanked filter. The "800" not only delivers water faster than the G3P600, but also has a UV light to kill bacteria. And "Waterdrop's" customer service was excellent! I had a leak in the 2nd system I ordered and contacted Amazon for a replacement. After two months Amazon hadn't shipped the replacement. I contacted Waterdrop directly, spoke with Doreen, and my unit was quickly replaced with no issues! Excellent communication with Doreen! 😀 3 Stars for Amazon. 5 Stars for Waterdrop! If you have alot of money and want the best, look at Waterdrop's X12 or X16 models. But the G3P800 filters just as good and is cheaper.

Compact Design, Excellent Water Quality & Outstanding Support
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this product definitely earned it. First off, the unit itself is very compact and thoughtfully designed. It didn’t take up much space under the sink, and the installation was much easier than I expected — everything felt straightforward and well put together. The water quality has been excellent. You can genuinely taste the difference — it’s clean, crisp, and just feels better overall. One feature I didn’t realize I would appreciate this much is the TDS display on the faucet. Being able to see the TDS value in real time gives a lot of confidence that the system is actually doing its job. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in peace of mind. Now, I did run into a small issue initially, but this is where the experience really stood out. Krystal from customer service was incredible to work with. She was responsive, patient, and stayed with me through the entire process until everything was fully resolved. It never felt like I was being passed around or ignored — she genuinely cared about making sure things were right. In the end, not only does the product perform great, but the support behind it is even better. That combination is hard to find these days. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly system.

Easy install, compact, easy to replace filters, live reading of TDS on unit
I had a great experience with my Waterdrop filtration system. I installed it myself, and while it took about 2.5 hours, that included replacing my faucet. The installation itself was straightforward, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I chose not to use the faucet that came with the kit since it would have required drilling another hole in my granite countertop, but that didn’t affect the install at all. After setup, I ran the water for 30 minutes as recommended. About two weeks later, I tested the water with a third-party tester. My tap water was around 550 TDS. The unit’s display showed about 20, but my filtered water was initially measuring between 150–250 TDS. I reached out to customer support, and they were very helpful walking through troubleshooting steps. They determined it might be a faulty filter and quickly sent a replacement at no cost, which arrived the next day. After installing the new filter and running the water for just a couple of minutes, my filtered water dropped to about 12 TDS—right where expected it should be. Excellent customer service and a great product overall. I would definitely recommend Waterdrop to others.

Great support, timely!
During installation I broke the plastic faucet mount. Sent an email to support requesting replacement part on Saturday. Service representative Krystal replied same day Saturday with ticket#. Followed up next day Sunday with shipment tracking#. I received the replacement Tuesday AM. Then Krystal followed up to confirm delivery. Waterdrop G3P600 and mineralization filter WD-MNR35 installed nicely. No leaks, tastes great. I love it. Awesome support during a weekend !! Thanks allot Waterdrop (Krystal).

Comes With Everything You Need For a Full Installation. Quick and Easy Setup
I replaced a countertop water filter with this unit after the old one stopped working. This is a high quality water filter with a lot of premium features. Easy to install under your kitchen sink with minimum DIY skills Comes with all parts necessary for a full installation Has excellent water filtration for those worried about water quality Water filters last a good long time before needing replacement Waste hose connects to existing drain under your sink Filters are easy to replace from the front of the unit Pump for faucet is fast. Fills 1/2 gallon in a minute The TDS from this WaterDrop filter is very low compared to our previous filter. The water where we live is very suspect so we wanted water as clean as we could get. This filter has filled that requirement and then some! We are getting a TDS of 9 or 10 although I expect that number to increase as the filters get older. Overall we are very happy with this unit and feel like the value for the filtered water we are getting is worth it. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! Excellent product once replaced.
After online research, I decided to go for waterdrop RO filter for its less water wasted, compact footprint, and sleek design. The installation was easy and I was happy about the quality of the water. However two nights after installation, there was constant beeping, which turned out to be error E02. It’s a leakage inside the system. I emailed Waterdrop. Then I received an excellent customer service from Krystal. She responded very quickly. She sent me detailed instructions to exam the system to identify the problem. Once confirmed it is internal leaking, she shipped me a new unit right away. The new unit works awesome with no more leakage. Although not happy about getting a flawed unit at the first place, I am satisfied with the customer service!

Easy to install, but false advertising
First of all: installation and maintenance is very easy. Here in Surrey this filter gives me 15 TDS which is not perfect for aquarium. But the worst thing is that the TDS meter is a joke. I have my own TDS meter and it is in line with this build in for the most of the time, besides when filter needs to be replaced. Inbuilt TDs meter was showing 16 ppm, mine 300 - tap water is here arround 350! After exchanging the CF filter, AND flushing it was lower and lower TDS measured by my TDs meter, but the inbuilt was showing 15 all the time !!!! Moreover, I assume these filter change alarms are automatic - like programmed for a period of time .. :( I will buy a PROPER RO filter after moving to another house. This one is OK for drinking. Build quality 5/5, ease of use 5/5. Filtering 2/5. Overall 3/5. Not recommended for aquarium use.

Excellent water filter
Easy to install and works great. Had an issue after installation (our mistake) and customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful and even followed up to ensure it was corrected. Water is much cleaner and better tasting than with our old tank RO filter. Output is slower than with a tank, but not by much. Very happy with the unit!
