I just received the locket and looks amazing! the engraving is perfect and the photos look great in the locket. I was worried that the photos wouldn't be centered in it how I wanted but it was exactly how I customized it. They also included multiple pre-cut replacement photos for backup!

Overall this is a good product and the pictures are clear, they also send back up pictures to put in there if one comes out. My only complaint is that the chain loves to rip out my hair, but other than that I have no problems with this product. I got the 18 inch chain and the waterproof pictures. I like how chunky the heart is as well. It is lighter than expected so you cant feel it when your wearing it which is good.

Yes it met my expectations, plus came with extra set of pictures in case they fell out. I lost my original locket when I had surgery, and bought a replacement. Mine is a remembrance locket for my dad.

I bought this locket for my girlfriend it was very inexpensive but at the same time it’s very from the heart they give you lots of options and you can really tell. her how you feel about her with this locket. I’m not getting paid to say this it was probably one of the best buys. I’ve made all year. She lit up when she saw it I guarantee she never takes it off. i’ll suggest this guys get the 18 inch chain and then guys after she gets it buy her a little bit better silver 18 inch chain and that can be the second surprise. take your time make it your own and make it from the heart excellent bye I paid $32.89 without Amazon prime you cannot beat that I would’ve paid way more for it
