Very good product. Have used this for years and years. Have always been happy with coconut taste and use in numerous recipes. You can make it taste stronger or weaker……it’s up to you and your personal taste.

We love this coconut milk powder. I use a lot of coconut milk but unfortunately usually only half a tin at a time, put it in the fridge then forget its there until it mouldy. So instead I buy this powder and make up how much I need. Saves me a fortune in coconut milk wastage. Very easy to use, I mix with boiling water, stir and add to my cooking. Good consistency and texture made to how you want it. The powder for can last ages in the cupboard. Would recommend

Much preferred over the blocks of creamed coconut because this produces a smooth texture whereas the blocks add a gritty coconut texture and have a proportion of coconut oil in them, too. More convenient than buying tins of coconut milk as you can just use as much powder as needed. Tastes great in any dishes requiring coconut milk. It's great that you can adjust the amount to taste. So, so convenient to have in the cupboard. A packet goes a long way. All good!

This stuff is so versatile and more convenient than canned coconut milk that only has one consistency. It's a good alternative to fresh coconut for making milk. I always have this in the cupboard.

Might have to use More than recommended, then it becomes much better.

I very much like the fact that this product can be used in so many different ways. It can be mixed with water to make coconut milk or coconut cream, be added to a curry in powder form before serving and can also be added to sweet dishes including biscuits and cakes etc. When only a small amount is required , it’s much more economical than coconut milk in cans.
