**Q: Can you use this on your face?**
A: I have dry skin so I use Palmer's on my face and hands for years. My hands are super soft and I am frequently mistaken for someone 10 or even 15 years younger than I am. I won't tell if you don't. I have no idea if it is genetics, Palmer's, or the combo, but it leaves my skin feeling good so I use it.

**Q: Several comments complain about the pump and say you need to get creative to get the lotion out.  Can you just unscrew the top if it stops working?**
A: I've never had a problem with the pump not getting lotion out. When the bottle is new it takes quite a bit of pumping to get the lotion to come out, but after that it works every time. It's thicker than other brands of lotion, so it takes a bit more effort to get the lotion up the pump (kind of like how it takes longer to drink a milkshake through a straw instead of water/coffee/soda/etc.).

**Q: Is it vegan?**
A: I’m honestly not sure. I don’t know what would even classify it as being vegan.

**Q: There’s no peel off seal on the cap or plastic around the outside of the cap. Isn’t the cap supposed to be sealed?**
A: The cap is never sealed but never had any isue with this product, on the contrary.
