Absolutely, very easy to use. It's a lil more than a teaspoon per ball.

Each hold a lil more than an ounce.

This is for cake pops I think. But seemed bigger then the size I wanted for cake pops. Probably more like a mini cupcake. Not a reg big cupcake for sure.
