It was needed for our playtime with grandchild. It is monotone, a dull grayish brown, with the only exception being a pale yellow stripe above the eaglets beaks and 4 toenails (which is pretty cool). The eaglets themselves are molded very well, but the issue I have is the nest. Inside the nest there are four flat round shapes, almost looking like the heads of nails, but they're part of the plastic nest. The quality is not worth the cost, unless you need it for the subject matter itself like we did.
