Not indestructible but damn close!!!
The ball is hard plastic! It is the only ball my staff mix has not destroyed. His did ball (same ball jut a different color) survived 4 years of daily abuse. Because it's hard plastic, nicks and scratches result in sharp edges. I use sand paper to smooth the surface so that his mouth doesn't get cut. After 20 minutes of sanding, the surface was good as new. THIS IS HIS FAVORITE TOY. Unfortunately, 4 years of abuse and sanding, the surface got thin and a dent formed. This dent allowed him to get his jaw around the ball, but he couldn't or wouldn't release his jaw. It took me 3 weeks to find this ball again so that I could replace it. I will be ordering several backups. This ball is fantastic.

Excellent Ball for chewers/tough players
This is my dog’s absolute favorite ball. He loves to play soccer and refuses to play with any other type of ball. This ball is sturdy and well made but also light enough for him to push it around with his nose/snout. It will last for a long time and provide hours of fun.

Bully Breed Proof
If you are looking for a ball that is truly PIT BULL proof. This is the toy. It will be the second one for my Bruno and he has not been able to destroy one yet. The first one was lost in a move and it too me a while to locate another one but now he can be happy again with his favorite toy. This thing is STURDY and you can throw it around (Outside) and your dog will chase and play with it for hours. NEVER kick it though, I have broken toes by kicking this darn thing. If you have a Pit, Boxer, Shepherd, Doberman, etc.. that is pushing 50-70 lbs. and tears through balls of any type including KONG brand toys. Spend the money and get one of these. Look at it this way, you will buy one of these or ALL of the others that your "fur kid" chews through. It will get chew marks all over it but it wont "pop", wont go flat, wont tear, and can not be flattened by the car. Believe me I ran one over with a Mustang and F-150 and neither did it any damage. The only few warnings you need to know are: 1. Don't throw it inside the house, you will break something. 2. Don't kick it, you will break a toe. 3. When your "Fur Kid" finally gets that perfect chew mark in it so they can pick it up and run with it, It becomes a battering ram and your legs are targets because they want you to take it and throw it. They don't know they are killing your legs, they just want to play. If you own the breed that needs this toy, none of the above will shock you or deter you from a purchase. Seeing the happiness in your "Fur Kids" eyes and that waggling bottom is all the reward you will need once you begin to play with them and this ball. You wont know how you lived life without it before hand. 5 Stars!!!! **Update after answering a question:** I discovered these balls when I was on vacation in Vegas. I wandered into the MGM Grand and they have this enclosure with Lions in it and a trainer. Well the Trainer was throwing chunks of meat at the glass by me and the others so a lion could some and like it off and impress the kids. I was not looking at that though. I was looking at the two female lions who were playing with the ball. Once the trainer seen what I was looking at, he went and got the ball and threw it. All four of the lions went after it and the meat was forgotten. The trainer said that at least once a day he is asked about the ball and usually by Bully Breed owners. This was back in 2007. As soon as I returned from Vegas I went out and found two of these balls, the Blue and Red ones for my "Fur Kids" and they were lost for hours in play with them. I seen the post about the pit who got one of these stuck on his teeth and I can see it happening but that is an isolated event. That cant happen regularly. And for those of you who want to let the kids play with this in the house...... DONT..... you will find broken things if you do. I lost a stereo because of the kids playing with one in the house. It is an outside toy and you will quickly see why.

10" a bit small for a 72lb dog
I have a 72lb Golden Retriever and he was able to get hold of it with his feet then mouth wide open he started, rubbing biting the ball with his fangs. The ball sufferred deep scratches in less than two hours of play. I need a bigger one! Other than the size, all together the ball is tough and good quality, just pick the correct size for your dog.

Received An Unfinished Defective Ball With Horrid Gaps In The Seem
I purchased a 6 in ball and a 10 inch ball in the past. These were perfectly and completely rounded with no gaps in the seem and no gashes. And I am still extremely happy with the 6 and 10 inch balls but I am very disappointed that I was sent this 8 inch ball I just purchased that I received today it is defective with gaps in the seem and it is unfinished. It looks as though the two parts of the ball were glued or welded together very unprofessionally with indents and deep visible gaps and adding to this there is a gash on the side. This ball is not cheap and I am so disappointed that I paid for a ball that is defective which I don't believe will last very long as the seems appear as though would split due to quality control not checking this item and ensure I received a perfectly finished 8 inch ball that is not defective. I know this is not how these ball should look because as I said above I purchased a 6 inch and 10 inch ball last year and the year before and they were perfectly rounded with no gashes or indented seems and the both have lasted until now with no issues and they are still going strong but this 8 in. ball that I just received is lopsided with a gapped rim half way around the ball where the other half is perfect. This 8 inch ball is defective. I'm so upset because my dog, Snookums, has been waiting for his ball and was so excited to receive it only to find that the ball is not perfect like the first ball I bought but rather put together incorrectly and probably will not last due to this. I'm so upset. PLEASE HELP to resolve this issue fast so my dog can be happy again. It's terrible to pay so much for a ball only to find you were sent a defective item. Quality control should have checked this item before sending it. I'm so disappointed. To update, I requested a return explaining the above. The return process is simple. I was sent another 8 in. ball a couple of days later. The replacement is also not perfect also with an unfinished rim/seem half way around, but it is a lot better than the one am now supposed to return. No one apologized for the first unfinished ball and no one reached out to me. The process of returning for a replacement is all automated via bots with no real people getting back to you and as it appears the replacement item is also not checked by quality control because it was not perfect too, but it is much better and my dog will not scratch his face as much while chasing it like the first 8 in ball scratched his face. I suppose to return the defective ball by the 28th or I will be charged for the replacement. I have decided to throw away the defective ball which I have photographed to show it's defects because I'm afraid if I return this defective ball it will just go back into circulation via automation and someone else's dog will be hurt from it which I don't want to take responsibility for. I would feel terrible if I sent it back and they just tried to sell it again to some unsuspecting customer so I will bite the bullet and I will cover the extra charge to save the same aggravation someone else would have to experience. As I said above I have purchased a 6 and 10 in h ball in the past and they are perfectly rounded with perfectly finished rims/seems that are smooth and not dangerous for my dogs and these are still going strong so in conclusion there is probably an issue with their 8 inch balls. End of the day I'm stuck with a scrap 8 inch ball which I will throw away and a half way decent 8 inch ball which I have now given to Snookums, my beloved pooch all now costing me $36 to be stuck with a second ball that's better but still not perfect.

dog loves it but dented significantly it in a few minutes of play
It was such a pleasure to see my son's Presa Canario dog's joy at receiving this 14 inch ball . She immediately began to wrestle it and loved it. She and her Malinois/Shepherd buddy have destroyed many balls. I hope this one lasts, particularly at the price for a 14 inch ball!. I purposedly avoided the brand with a plug because I didn't want anything with an indentation that they could get a grip on. This is hard plastic and heavy. My son had to take it away after a few minutes because she was getting tired. My son thanked me for doing my research and getting a ball that is hard to destroy. May it be so. I got the 10 inch ball for my 37 lb border collie. She has almost no interest in it. I can't get her to play with it. It is very heavy, hard and large. I wish I had gotten a smaller size. My shepherd/Malinois really likes it, and wants to play with it but can no longer walk, so it is frustrating for her. Her brother who loves balls hasn't shown any interest in the 14 inch ball so far, but that may be because the Presa Canario has taken possession of it. Update: My son called me this morning. (I gave him the ball last night.) He and his dog are having a great time playing with this ball. He is thrilled the dog is having so much fun. He is playing with her this morning and in a short time she has already put large dents in the ball. He says one is about the size of a baseball!!! Argh!! This is sort of like drugs, they are ecstatic for a short, costly time! My son is very happy and thinks it is totally worth it. I am frustrated that I didn't find a ball that would stand up to a large dog and paid so much for it. They are not getting the collie ball I have ordered! His dogs have already popped the horse ball I gave him for the horses. Bottom line, this ball is not close to indestructible, but it is fun for the right dog for a while. This is ridiculous!

Truly - virtually indestructible!
This ball is great and truly as advertised. It is a solid plastic and heavy but our Australian Cattle Dog loves it! (You won't want to kick it - ouch!) We have purchased several of the inflatable type balls and they just take a beating with the nipping and biting during play. This ball allows our dog to push, nip and chase it all around the yard without damaging it. He has been playing with it many times a day for several weeks and it is still as good as new. Fair warning - will cause lots of excitement and yips from your dog!

Great herding toy for corgis
Great toy to let the corgi’s ‘herd’ around the house. It’s really funny when they launch it across the room into a door. Endless entertainment. This is the second one we have bought and the 1st one is still around over a year later.

Great enrichment toy
The only toy my lab hasn’t yet managed to destroy. He’s only allowed it in the garden as I have wooden floors inside and quickly learned that he could send it flying across the room with his paw and break things haha which is my fault for not even thinking about that! Had it for a few months now and he plays with it daily in the garden, will repurchase if he ever does manage to break it

Pelota indestructible
La volveré a comprar! No es una pelota indestructible, pero sí, de una muy buena calidad, le duró a mi perro casi dos años y eso es mucho decir puesto que todo lo que le había comprado anterior, le duraban unas cuantas horas 100% recomendado!!
