I'm giving four stars instead of five for two reasons. First, the packaging was not fully in tact when they arrived. (Not the outer package, but the inside bag actually containing the shoes and the elastic stretch piece that held the plastic label on them.) Second, there was a little bit of gluey type of stuff on a couple places on the straps. I was able to pick it off though, without damaging the straps at all. I am tall, so flats are almost always what I go for. These seem sturdier and better quality than my last pair of flat sandals, and those lasted two years. I am enjoying these very much, and have no complaints!
