Just open the package and buy a cake and beverages - this set has it all!
The plates could be more solid but for a 7 year old who wanted a Paris themed birthday party this was just the ticket. Cute design and all the pieces you need to just open the package and set the table.

Loved everything EXCEPT the word "Merci" was misspelled on the gift bags! I simply placed stickers over the "e" that was added on the end.
