Could you please clarify if this product is "kinyo uv-230c ... and cleaner"? i want a make show it cleans the tape.

Mine works very well each and every time i USE IT. What I do is clean each tape immediately after watching it. Just make sure you turn the cleaning pad (round wheel underneath) to move the cleaning pad to a new location. This way it will last for weeks. Mine came with a package of extra pads. I change my pads about every 2-4 months apart. I totally recommend this efficient, fast, and complete rewinder/cleaner!

I don't understand your question. If you're asking whether or not accessories are included- then no, it's just the unit which has a plug in cable. It works great.

Want to clean vhs tapes of mold and dirt?

Cleaning is NOT this item's forte. The cleaning pads would very quickly get dirty- and with significant mold- possibly come off. This is a winder/rewinder and a good one. Cleaning is a marginal function. A tape with mold would have to be hand cleaned a foot at a time, with proper cloth and liquid cleaner. You would only attempt it if tape was irreplaceable
