This is a very helpful guide for weight loss. There are so many new recipes in this book, I can easily create. Everyone who has ever made any kind of meaningful change to their life has started by choosing their attitude and mindset. The same principle applies to anyone who wants to lose weight and improve their health. The battle may be to change the way your body looks and functions, but your attitude will definitely play a huge role as well. If you have the right mindset, you will find it much simpler to successfully implement the WW freestyle into your lifestyle and achieve your goals. I like this book.

Very Little WW recipes
I would rate this NO STA RIf you are looking for keto recipes buy this. If you are looking for ww do not buy this.I was very disappointed in this selection and will stick to the WW site for any further purchases.

Enjoying and helpful
I'm impressed with this guide---People follow weight watchers since it has a simple approach to losing weight. you need to learn how to control your appetite and to beat temptation. You eat filling foods so you will eat less. You learn to make smart choices. You rely on the plan: choose with your pints system. Then you adapt the plan to fit your lifestyle. This is a new approach to eating. Overall Awesome!

Keto not weight watchers
This definitely doesn’t seem weight watcher friendly. First day breakfast lunch and dinner points per serving are 30.5 with servings for breakfast 2, lunch 8 and dinner 6, second day points equal 46. The word Keto is in the title of multiple recipes. First recipe is Keto sausage breakfast sandwich, lunch turkey sausage frittata and dinner is low carb Keto lasagna😕 disappointing purchase. Have friends doing Keto diet so I guess I will give it to one of them

I just joined WW, so was excited to find this book for under $10. I was disappointed to find that there was no apparent editor present before publishing this text. Some of the recipes don't make sense because of the incredibly poor use of grammar, so they're unusable.

Favorite WW Cookbook!!
I found a lot of new and effective information about Weight Watchers. From roasted chicken to mini cheesecake recipes, this is a terrific cookbook for those following the WW smart points plan. It's actually quite a good cookbook for anyone looking for healthier meals and recipes for yourself. Each new chapter gives a nice explanation and helpful information of the recipes in that particular section / ranging from In a skillet, in a wok, in a saucepan, roasting pan, casserole. slow cooker etc! My family loves them, and I have even served some for company, without anyone guessing they were eating WW recipes. There are at least 5 recipes that I have made repeatedly and there are still more I intend to make!

The print in the book is defective. It looks like it was printed in someone’s basement. The recipes are written in poor grammar and sounds like it was written by a non English speaker. Recipe point values are unrealistic. In that some of the dinner offerings the points PER SERVING are 21 -25 points!

Don’t purchase if you are looking for WW Freestyle
This book is not what it claims. Although it has points many of the recipes are 15 points and higher per serving. Instructions have so many errors in words that one has to guess what they mean. A total waste of money.
