chain is crap. I bought the same one for my son 4 months ago and his broke after 2 weeks but I thought he broke it and did not want to tell me. it cost $30.00 to get it fixed. then I bought one for myself but after 3 hours it fell off my neck and I was just watching tv. Don't buy anything from these crooks!!!!!!!

I bought two of this necklace for my kids, but one of them was broken just about a month (actually 34 days). He didn't play sports with this and even he didn't sleep with it at all. My son told me something hurt his neck so I checked it was broken already. I was trying to fix/warranty but as I try to send/return, they didn't take the return because it just pass 30 days.. if there is/are some people to buy a gold necklace with low price, I don't recommend anyone to buy this..

The necklace is very attractive and people do a double take when they see it on my neck. My only concern is the width of the necklace. The necklace was advertised as 4mm however I took it to a jeweler and was told that it was not 4mm and measured at 3.6mm. I didn't give the necklace a 5 star rating due to the issue of the width.

Just bought this 8/9 and just right now it snapped

I purchased this as a present for my grandson and shortly after we gave it to him for Christmas, the chain broke. We contacted AMAZON/PORI and they arranged for a replacement. The replacement came about 3 weeks ago and we just had the chain break again today. For a product that costs as much as this chain did, this certainly should not be happening. My grandson is very careful but it appears that even the slightest tug on the chain causes it to break. I would like my money back as my confidence of this chain quality is a major concern. This is supposed to be one of the most durable chains you can purchase, that being a rope chain but this is not the case here. How can we get our money back?

This was a Christmas gift for my son and I took him to the mall and let him try on a necklace so I knew exactly what size to order! He was happy when he opened it and then he tried it on and it fit like a choker and felt like it was going to break!

I thought I would be disappointed and this and I was lol. I’m not 100% this is gold as I haven’t bothered to test but it does looks amazing. Very, very light. It came scuffed and with spots so I had to return it but that could be do to fullfilment and not the seller. The clasp was also marked ad 14K wich actually gave me some relief when opening it.
