In first week i didn't notice any change in my body but after 2-3 weeks now it started working. Usually the next day after workout my muscle used to be very sore and used to pain when i touch them but now after using it my muscle recover very fast and i feel very less soreness and now my muscle also don't pain while touching. Good product but i guess there should be flavored options too because unflavored creatine taste a little chalky.
