I freakin' love these little bowls. Restaurants always have the little cups they put sauces, sides of ranch, or whatever in, but many retail stores only seem to go as small as prep bowls (usually 6 ounces or so). Those are fine and all, but I wanted a little bowl for things like soy sauce or single servings of dips or spreads when I'm making a snack plate. These glass bowls are the perfect size for what I wanted. No more accidentally filling up the larger bowl with ranch for my carrots. Just a smidge of balsamic and oil to dip my bread in. They're very good looking, too. Also sturdy. I bought my first set over two years ago, and none have broken or otherwise deteriorated. I've lost one, somehow. I realized mine were in the wash too often, so I've just bought a second set!

I will admit these were an impulse purchase! I was making appetizers to share and didn't have any cute vessels for a mustard sauce. These are perfect! They are quite petite so they are more for personal use than for a whole table. They would also be great for mise en place (having ingredients or spices ready to dump in). I put them in the dishwasher but they also hand wash quickly.

These bowls are the perfect size for steak sauce, soy, and other condiments individually served. Their elegant design is attractive and elevates the look at our table.

I purchased the 7 ounce little bowls. They are perfect. The glass is clear and the shape attractive. They stack well - not wobbly as a previous reviewer wrote. Perfect size if you want to serve individual servings of berries, pudding, other desserts. I highly recommend these little bowls.
