Pros:* Came quickly. Ordered April 23rd; expected arrival was May 15-June 6th; delivered May 6th.* Bracelet itself appears to be sturdy. Unsure how it would hold up over long term.Cons:* It is NOT 8.2" circumference as their photo shows; 8.19" is the entire LENGTH of the bracelet. Anyone who has purchased this type of bracelet knows: you go by the circumference, not length. If your wrist is 7.25" or above don't order this bracelet.* It is not engraved, it is laser etched. Two issues with this:- it will eventually wear off- it cannot be easily read in a well lit area and cannot be read at all in low light. When a bright light is shone on it, it just reflects, the writing isn't viewable. In an emergency, seconds count... this bracelet would not be good in an emergency.I trusted the seller's advertised photo showing 8.2" circumference and am disappointed. I was looking for a larger bracelet because my wrist measures just over 7.25" and many of the medical alert bracelets on Amazon are for 7" wrist. At 8.2" cir. this should have fit with a finger loose, as these should, so the first responders can easily access the back.The other issue is with the info I received from the seller... did not match with the item I rec'd.My completed order showed "Font Color: Gray" but there was no option to select colors in customization prior to checkout, only font name. I reached out to the seller to verify it is engraved and not etched (there's a BIG difference!) and to see if the engraving could be filled with black, not gray, for easy readability (that's the point of having one of these bracelets!)Their response: "For the font color,it is OK,we will engrave in black color. For the engrave,it is laser not stamped."The bracelet I received is etched, and if there's any color it's gray.Very disappointed... would not order again.

DissatisfiedLinks aren't tight so it snags on everything. I like tje heaviness of it but it has ruined a few tops from the bad links.

The bracelet is not engraved at all. Your condition is just written on the back in some kind of machine ink, which fades.

So the good first-it’s cheap! Very Inexpensive, and considering it came from China-shipping was fast. The charm itself is cute, but for me, the positives end there. The charm itself is way too thick, and because it is so thick it is quite bulky, and does not match the flimsy feeling of the chain bracelet. The heavy charm is unbalanced because of its weight, so combined with the charm holes being set too high, it causes it to flip around on the wrist constantly-showing all of your personal information. The engraving is not an engraving, but appears to be a “heat mark”. Because it is not an engraving, I can tell it won’t last. Sadly I could tell this was not going to work for me, so I ordered one from a different company the next day. I really wanted this to work for me but no luck 🥺

I bought the item not realizing that it may / or may not be considered by EMTs. Most likely not unless it is a 'State/doctor" issued DNR alert with your name and state written on it. Those have paper work that is given to your doctor and is issued primarily for someone with a terminal illness. Having known that was the case at the time I would have gone for that. But I will wear it and hope someone will still honor my wishes. It's a nice sturdy bracelet.

I have Vasovagal Syncope which means my body can give out due to stressful situations and I can faint. My blood levels drop extremely and I lose consciousness. This bracelet can save my life one day. It’s sturdy and of good quality. I wear almost every time I leave my house for hours on end. I have yet to have an allergic reaction to the metal and the logo and engraving has yet to scratch off. I love it 5stars!!! I am also a mother of 2 toddler who doesn’t know i have the medical diagnosis. I love that this bracelet speaks for me.

I think this is a pretty amazing bracelet for $10! It’s heavy and nice quality. I have small wrists (6.5”) and was able to tighten it up on the links to fit - though I do wish it had an actual adjustable sizing chain to take it on and off easier myself. I bought this while waiting on my bracelet with more detailed info, so I just got a premade one (“warfarin”) and the engraving is easy to read. I think I actually like this one better than the more expensive one I bought though do need one with a bit more info.

Beautifully made product. I am pregnant and a type 2 diabetic. I have been having issues where I have needed to pull into a parking lot and take a quick 15 minute snooze before driving home or to work. I decided I needed a medical id bracelet in the event that someone finds me sleeping in my car and thinks I'm a drug addict or something. Better safe than sorry.
