It’s cute but the metal finish began rusting within just a couple of weeks. As soon as I noticed it, I cleaned & dried the rack, then sprayed a few coats of clear Rustoleum paint all over the finished parts. I’ve been using it for almost a year since then and you can see in my photos that the clear coat of rust proofing paint has stopped the rust on the top of the rack but only slowed it down on the bottom part where it sits in the often damp plastic tray. I will continue to use the rack until the rust gets too gross since it’s still sturdy enough to work and I hate buying things only to replace them a year later. But it’s disappointing since I paid more for a “pretty” dish rack only to watch it rust right away.If you are deciding whether to purchase this product, you should consider the cost of a buying a can of rust proof paint in the total price. You’ll need it. Personally I would not purchase this product again. Any item that’s made to hold wet dishes and sit by the sink should be rust resistant.

If quality of the product was as good as design it would be perfect one, but unfortunately after using it for 3 weeks it started to get rust almost everywhere...this product is made for drying wet dishes so definitely quality of material is not for it..!Also I contacted seller with intention to returnit, this is now five business days since then they are not getting back to me...so absolutely not recommending this product..!!!Update :To my pleasant surprise, couple weeks after my review, the company got back to me and gave me a full refund without necessity of returning their product back... was late, but I'm glad it happened and it restored company name - at least for me, thank you...😊

Quite a lovely dish rack, perfect size - holds a lot and takes up little space. And then we get to the problem: it rusts. Make sure you do not use it directly on a drying mat, and I am not sure how long it will stay usable, with starting to rust that much in various places around the rose gold frame.

I've been using this for about a month now, and it's great. It is surprisingly sturdy (I can put 16 large dinner plates on the top rack, with nothing on the bottom rack, and it remains sturdy and balanced), wonderfully elegant with its rose gold touches, and it was mostly easy to put together.The only downside, which doesn't *really* affect the product, is that I couldn't figure out how to put on the silverware attachment. My husband ended up forcing it on when I was away, and NOW it is also secure. The instructions showed the rose colored pieces as being circular, but the assembly instructions are actually the same whether you get a circle or a square.

I received a different set of assemble directions in my products' package so I had to figure it out on my own how to put it together. It is not the most sturdy dish rack; and I will use it until I have to move because I probably will not be able to figure out how to put it back together again once I have dis-assembled it.

My only problem was that the drain tray had a broken corner... going to fix with super glue. It was pretty frustrating because nothing was wrong with the boxes it was shipped in...
