Centurion Plastic Catch For Caravan Door

Last time I bought one of these I paid a lot more had to get it from caravan supplies store so any caravan owners this is ideal for holding open caravan door and fraction of cost from van suppliers

Bought for greenhouse is ok

I have given 2 stars for fitting as I found that to effectively close without extreme force I had to trim the opening by 2mm. This is easily done with a Stanley knife as the plastic is quite soft. I would have returned them, I purchased 2, but I thought they were good value. Perhaps I was unlucky with the ones that I got.

Just what I hoped for. I do not have a caravan, but use these catches to hold open a set of conservatory doors- the main part of the catch screwed into the door, and the keep attached to a wooden post.

Good product but.that tight I can't use them

It does what it says on the tin, seems to be doing the job. The old ones were completely dozed and brittle, new ones just put on so cannot attest to longevity.

Its good for static caravan doors and fits perfectly into the pre drilled holes. My only gripe is that one of them won't slot in to the holder without having to manually open the springs its too tight. Hopefully over time it will ease
