Awesome service
When the Windows 10 Pro product key originally provided did not work, I contacted Microsoft, but did not get any help as to why that key did not work. But this seller gave me a replacement key as soon as I contacted them. Awesome service. I will definitely buy laptops from them. In fact I am looking for another HP Envy 4K 32 GB 512 SSD. Hope to find it soon...Thanks.

NO hay garantía!, ni de la empresa vendedora ni de HP en otro país distinto de EE.UU
No me agrada que el proveedor no se involucre en ayudarme para buscar que HP me atienda en la gestión de la garantía del producto que compré hace 10 meses (hoy aún con garantía). El producto lo compré fuera de EE.UU y hace 5 días que mi equipo HP Spectre x360 tiene un problema, el ventilador dejó de funcionar. Muy aparte de esto, otro problema, es que el servicio de soporte técnico HP no atiende fuera de EE.UU ni te da soluciones de cómo proceder ante esta situación, por lo que si alguien fuera de EE.UU compra el producto, no será atendido en periodo de garantía como debe de ser y es exigido.Lamentablemente no recomiendo el producto y al proveedor. Puntos negativos para ambas empresas.

The HP Spectre is a very attractive unit. It is fast, well....everything that I was looking for in a unit except the background light was super bright that I would lose the cursor and could not see the boxes to write messages, etc. It became annoying. I kept it as long as I could and could not reach any one by phone for assistance. I was refunded all but $313.19 but can not reach anyone to explain why. It was not my fault that the unit was faulty and is expecting a FULL refund.

Very Happy With My Purchase
The product came with a abundance of storage and a hefty 16gb of ram. Everything works as promised. For the price, I feel as if this was a good deal for me.
