Can you provide the amounts of the ingredients on the back? I don’t like that it does tell me how much of everything is inside.

They won’t tell you. This is how they keep costs down by stating their product includes all of these ingredients while it is mainly filled with the cheap stuff. Thanks to lack of regulation in the supplement industry, a lot of supp companies have taken a lot of people for their money. Do your research and find a quality pre-workout. If they aren’t confident enough in their product to tell you exactly what is in it, then it is trash!

Will it help for cardio exercise ..like Mountain bike or running ???

Yes...I've been running from the cops for 50 hours straight and feel the same as when I started...someone please help me...

Do you have a recovery post workout product available ?

BCAA powder is great for post workout recovery and hydrolyzed protein will also speed up muscle recovery but use one or the other just cuz using them both is overkill for post workout purposes

why don't they tell you how much of each ingredient is in a serving? Seems pretty important, no?

Which is why you should buy it now. It's likely going to get pulled just based off the fact that the individual ingredients aren't listed. I've stocked up on 2 more tubs since my first review.
