Love this tea
This works well. Love it. My flow is not so heavy and gross. I have light cramps and makes me feel so much better

I’m not sure how I feel about this one yet. I started a few herbs and not sure which is the culprit but one of them made my cycle heavier the entire time. Not sure if it’s this one or another. Will update once I isolate.
