To address the comment in the other review - YES, there is a logo on the bottom. But you won't see it unless you go looking for it. It's very very faint.the screen protector installed easily, but mine seems to be a little defective. Despite being a few months old, the company is sending me a new one - which I appreciate very much.I'm still using the old one for now (I have to send it in), but it has zero scratches on it despite very heavy use including lots of travel.It isn't cheap, but the lack of scratches is totally worth it to me. However, do note that the screen protector WILL CHIP if handled improperly. It's an inherent downside to hard materials. You just have to know what you're getting into...

Our screen protector chipped once and year later cracked. So I would say very durable, scratch resistance and highly Oleophobic. Installation was easy with no bubbles or dust. Reason for low rating is availability. The company no longer supports this models and has moved on to newer models. I have never liked companies who drop availability to older models because of profit. Because I feel that Sapphire Screen protectors are the best period I am going to have to go with an alternate company. Again great product but poor availability (commitment to a product). So get one if you can but hope for longevity or else you may not be able to get one through this company as newer models roll out.

I ordered 4 of these for my family after seeing the youtube channel "Jimmyrigeverything" praise them as a truly hard screen protector.I was a bit skeptical at first, but when they came, the quality really came through. Everyone in the family is incredibly pleased by its scratch resistance as well as the clarity of the screen protector that keeps it looking as good as new. (If you've had other screen protectors, you know that they'll start to fade, crack, etc and all of a sudden your high end phone looks like it's 5 years old after a month. Definitely not the case here)Unfortunately, I put mine on slightly askew. I tried to readjust the screen, but with no luck. Dust and lint had gotten under. I emailed Shellrus to see what they could do, expecting that they'd give me the same corporate brush off one might expect. After all, it was user error and I should have been more careful putting the screen on.Jim emailed back the same day saying that there was a video posted to show how to remove the dust/lint, and if that didn't work I was welcome to send it back for a free replacement. I opted for the replacement, and got an immediate response with a free shipping label to return the old one.Shellrus has shown itself to be a quality company, with lightning fast response to customer concerns. Not only that, they fill a niche that not many can with a true sapphire screen.I am more than happy to recommend them if you are looking for a near permanent solution for a screen protector. Sure, you may spend less on others, but you do get what you pay for. I'm looking forward to seeing Shellrus get the recognition they deserve in this competitive market and wish nothing but success for their future!

If you are trying to have a phone screen that remains scratch free then this is the screen protector for you. What this goes for is a high hardness level to remain scratch free for its lifetime that it is attached to you phone unless you are going out of your way to purposely scratch it you will never scratch it. it is still brittle just like glass so if you throw it face first on the ground it might shatter caz you know it’s a thin sheet of crystal or *cough* if you like me and accidentally hit it with the glass breaker tip of an item hard by mistake then you might chip it.

I bought this for my 11 pro max and been having fun letting my friends try to scratch it. I like it so much I bought a spare. It really is scratch proof and stands up to the hardness standard that pure sapphire is. The fact that this company uses pure sapphire is very unique and I would have never found out about this product if it wasn’t for the YouTube channel jerryrigeverything where he tried to scratch this screen protector and it survived Unscratched no matter what he tried, keys, drill bits, sand paper, etc. this stuff truly is amazing. I hope they stick around and continue to innovate new products. I will continue to buy.

This is my second purchase, for my new 11 pro max. My previous one was for iPhone X, absolutely love the touch of sapphire, and it’s flawless all the time. The company even update the packaging during this time, I love the new design, very interesting！installation is not hard if you watch their video first.sapphire is not bulletproof, and this product is not really about functionalities. we are paying for the material. Tempered glass is crap comparing to sapphire.
