Velcro dies not hold well

This has helped both the sciatica area and lower back pain from gardening. It just works in a short time after feeling discomfort. it is also comfortable, can be placed in various spots and sometimes I forget I have it on.

Very bulky, much deeper than pictures would suggest.

I have SI joint arthritis. This belt really makes a difference for me. Good materials and easy to wear . Not so good for sitting.

Didn't stay in place and didn't work for me

I sometimes get lower back pain so want to wear a lower back support when using dumbbells and doing waist exercises. Works well. The sizing is a little off as it comes up large. I've bought a large and a medium. The belt can ride up a little but it's still pretty good. I've now bought a second one in size medium to keep as a spare as the large isn't as good on me. I really like this belt - it's a good width - some back supports are far too wide. My cousin buys them too. Really good for helping with lower back ache.

I have just received this belt. It looks strong and is comfortable. The only downside is it is not long enough. I am a large person so ordered the large size as it said it would be big enough, but it's not, it only just goes together. So please check your size and order bigger.
