I typically wear 20W or 18W (depending on whether the bottom of me or the top is the part that is being fitted), and ordered the XXL (which is tagged as 2XL). The sleeves fit me skin tight with no ease, and I have to carefully tug the the sleeves along my upper arms to get the armpit to sit at the right spot. It's comfortable enough once everything is situated, but I wish I didn't have to work so hard to get things in place.Otherwise I really like the dress. The fabric is very soft, and drapes very nicely without being too clingy. In sage green, the fabric is thick enough to wear without a slip if you want. The hi-lo hem is not pronounced - only slightly longer in the back, which I prefer.
