Dr. Darley really knows her stuff! She's incredibly intelligent about the subject matter, but also very good about explaining it in layman's terms, making the material very easy to understand. It's a quick read, but there's a lot of information packed into the book.I love how Dr. Darley structured the material - each section begins with a detailed paragraph or two on a topic, then goes into bulleted 'remedies' in various forms. She not only includes exercises that we can do to realign our energy, she also provides info about specific crystals, essential oils and flower essences and how they help each situation. This book gives us empaths tools that we can implement right away to help us protect our own energy.I am an energy healer, and I'm going to start recommending Empath Armor to my clients. I used to be a patient of Dr. Darley's a while back. When I heard that she had a book out, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it! By far one of the better empath books out there! Its detailed and well written. I would recommend this book to anyone that needs to know how to protect from carrying others emotional issues.
