Good fit and quality for big blue 10" housing
Excellent and affordable filter set. I swap these every 3 months (we average 5-6k gallons per month). I should probably swap them more often since by the 3 month mark they are burnt sienna and super heavy. They work great at trapping junk our municipal water system likes to flush through the lines. These fit perfect in the big blue 10" filter housing.

Our go to filters for well water
These filters are for our 1 of our 2 water culligan filter system. I call them large and small. Having "well" water, filter systems is a must. If you think well water is pure like my husband thought, please think again. After installing these years ago and using the filters their filters, I looked into better filters. I have found these SimPure Sediment 5 micron (MPP) filters to be the best! Install is a breeze after taking containers off that is not. Filters fit both our large and small and catch A LOT of different minerals etc. There is no odor nor does it restrict water flow. They last us anywhere between 2-3 months as filter capture minerals, dirt & sand soaking it all in towards middle of filter. Yes the outside does show discoloring of these elements, as many has brought to our attention thinking they need changed. I've explained this Micron system to them and hopefully have a better understanding. 5+ stars when this 4 pack is on sale!

Great Filter for when your well needs to reset
My well ran low and sucked up lots of sediment quickly plugging my carbon filter. I ran these for a couple days changing them anytime the water pressure dropped, signifying the filter was getting plugged. After 4 days the water level recovered in the well. It saved me $$ by not using up my carbon filters. And I have spare filters in case it happens again.

Perfect replacement filter
Perfect replacement filter. Plenty of filters to replacement once a quarter. Good economic filter. Water tastes great. Water flow through filter is not obstructed.
