Quality Quality
Just put this Dell in service (always used HP) and I LOVE IT !! Great quality fit and finish. Light weight with great battery live so far. Easy to configure with all my old stuff (most all transfered right to my home page once I got on WIFI) Dell is a good bit less expensive for the same unit but NO sacrifice for speed or storage space....

Great LAPTOP!!!
I bought the 40GB RAM with 2TB and I love it. Fairly easy to set up, speed is awesome, very light weight, battery life is pretty good. I would highly recommend this as a great deal for the price.

Great laptop!
Excellent laptop! Fast and convenient. I couldn't ask for a better computer. The Windows 11 is a bit different from the W 10 I have been used to, but after a short time I have found it to be better and seemingly simpler in some ways.

Piece of junk
This computer is a true piece of junk. It has no battery life; it can hardly last 30 minutes, right from the start. It takes long to turn on. But worst of all, 1.5 years in (hardly used because its so junky) and the frame around the screen has detached itself from the screen at the bottom/hinges so that the screen just falls down. What a waste of money! Don't waste yours too.

Weak Hinge Mount
Overall, I am very pleased with the performance of this laptop. The plastic build quality is subpar. It appears that the hinge assembly is very delicate and will not tolerate opening from the edges without damaging the laptop. Always open from the middle and do not lift using the screen when opens.

This is a superior lap top. It is fast! It is light weight! The cost was about 1/3 of what I paid for a similar lap top 3 years ago! I love it!
