Although the motors are running and making a loud noise, the fans produce little to no airflow. The noise from the motors is also concerning, as it sounds abnormal and gives the impression that the units may be faulty or unsafe to operate.These fans were purchased for use in my workplace, where reliable cooling is essential. As they are not fit for their intended purpose, they have caused significant inconvenience and do not meet reasonable expectations for quality or performance.I would appreciate it if you could arrange an appropriate resolution, either by providing replacements that function correctly or issuing a full refund. Assembly only took about 10 minutes so was straightforward.
