Now it’s not working returning fan back

Dear Amazon Customer Service,I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the desk fans and standing fans I recently purchased through Amazon.Unfortunately, the products are not functioning as advertised. Although the motors are running and making a loud noise, the fans produce little to no airflow. The noise from the motors is also concerning, as it sounds abnormal and gives the impression that the units may be faulty or unsafe to operate.These fans were purchased for use in my workplace, where reliable cooling is essential. As they are not fit for their intended purpose, they have caused significant inconvenience and do not meet reasonable expectations for quality or performance.I would appreciate it if you could arrange an appropriate resolution, either by providing replacements that function correctly or issuing a full refund. Please also advise on the return process for these defective items.I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.Yours faithfully,Paulette Henriques

A solid fan that’s a decent size and with working oscillation.Didn’t have any issues with noise as some of the reviews suggested; just made sure to tighten up all the parts well and use all the parts provided in the box. Assembly only took about 10 minutes so was straightforward. Admittedly, I don’t think the instructions were as clear as they could have been - no mentions of the second knob inside, no mention of the base plate and footpads, no mention of the front facing place intended to be screwed in before closing the grills.All in all, it’s a great size for my small studio apartment and works as intended.

You get what you pay for, I read the reviews here and was worried about the noise levels and lack of airflow, It had the same issues also the over heating. As there were no instructions manuals I had to look at the parts that came with the pack.The blade seems to no fit the spinning spigot properly and there is a lot of heat build up because the blade is not spinning in sync with the spigot, There is a little spring like coil in the accessories bag, that needs to be fitted at the back of the blade (with pressure) before the blade is inserted (Hard Press Fit) to the spigot, if that blade goes in easily the fit is too loose and you will get the heat, reduce flow and noise. Law and behold the airflow increased and the rattling noise completely went away. The blade should be spinning in sync and the fit needs to be tight by means of the little coil to ensure no slippage of the blade, not the strongest fan but it is a two speed. Sufficient for the value in my opinion. I did a before and after, Noise and flow changed after fitting it correctly, instructions manuals would have been fantastic.

Do not buy, the instructions are not clear and the fan has being making weird noises since I put it together. Im not sure if I put it together wrong, again due to the horrible instructions, but the blades keep moving up and down the rod scraping the metal cage and going back in. Along with this the fan produces little cool air and does not feel sturdy enough to be used for long periods of time safely. I know it's annoying but instead of buying this fan I would buy a slightly more expensive one with better reviews. Lesson learned.

Noise and fiddly but cheap. I couldn’t for the life of me see how the cover retaining screws fitted as too small so had to find another one

this fan does the job of spreading cool air it can be still or occilated it was a good buy .

After seeing negative comments I thought I maybe I shouldn't have bought this fan but it's brilliant and very easy to put together just read the instructions and make sure you tighten up everything really tight. I found the fan to be very efficient and not noisy at all. Nothing has come unscrewed.Maybe some people are assembling this incorrectly and that's why they have issues. But no complaints from me about this fan .
