Lovely! Very colourful & well made 😍.Much better than when I was a child & had wooden cotton reel with nails in it !! Smooth to touch & good size especially for my grandchildren.

Classic item for any child
If you have a child and haven't already got them one of these then honestly you need to. It is so simple, and my 2 girls love how easy and quickly they can make a really long cord. I'm hoping to make a wool and wire name plaque out of the cord they make which will be lovely to display in their room. The options are endless with the creations that can be made with these and I've even taught my husband to use it. I have switched out the wooden stick for a crochet hook as it makes it ever so slightly easier to loop the wool over, but it's only for convenience and to help my youngest to do more rounds without dropping the stitching, but it works just as well without a crochet hook for my eldest (and husband)

Wooden needle problems
Looks cute, easy to use, nice to hold, but the wooden needle that comes with it meant to be for looping the stitches over each other keeps catching on the wool making it hard to work.Had to change to a yarn needle/crochet hook to work it.

Good value for money although not the best materials
Good value for money although I'd consider replacing the wool (it frays a bit and is tricky to thread through the doll). Also, the needle started to bend after a while and snapped - this could be my clumsy technique but was a shame nonetheless. I was very glad I had a spare! Kit looks nice though and arrived quickly

Cheerful packaging of well made dolls. Clear instructions and easy to use. Great that some wool is included to get you started.

Fair price
For the price, this was good value. I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter as she wanted to try knitting. It was quite fiddly as the wool provided is thin and it is not easy to hook it. For an older child it will probably be fine.

Zu empfehlen!
Gut verarbeitet, schöne Optik. Für Kinder die anfangen, eventuell mit einer Häkelnadel erst mal zu empfehlen. Das geht dann leichter.
