Crunchy krackers come with a sweet hint of chipotle. They are impossible to put away once you first try them. They satisfy your craving ultimately. Grains like rice and wheat (and pseudgrains like buckwheat) are mostly starch and not easily digestible when raw. Here is a raw cracker with no grains or starch at all, just kale and other superfoods like flax and hemp seeds.
